Good luck with the recovery! As Peter mentioned, I do recall being told not to use a straw due to the vacuum. I think I mostly ate soups and simple, mushy foods for the most part. You want to avoid things that may get lodged in the empty spaces. The important thing is to make sure you don't get "dry socket", so make sure to keep your mouth "moist", so to speak.
Avacados should be on the list. Because I love 'em.
I've had three wisdom teeth removed with no issues. Apparently, I heal well. But I had them out one at a time and years apart. So I could chew on one side of the mouth. Having to deal with more than one extraction at the same time time is tougher, but then you only have to do it once.
Don’t eat sugars/ carbs as they’re inflammatory. You want to go keto/fasting as that’s anti-inflammatory and will quicken the healing. I ate eggs (lots) and mashed up cauliflower with cheese melted into it.
The one thing I do remember from when I had two of my wisdom teeth pulled was that you don't want to drink anything through a straw. Apparently there's a risk that sucking on a straw can create just enough of a pressure void in the mouth to pull the blood clot out of the tooth socket (which I am told would cause dry socket and hurt like Hell).
I can't remember having to lay off the solid food though--although that might be because I only had the teeth on one side removed. How long do you expect to be on a liquid diet?
Easy solution! I did a juice f(e)ast - healthy, cleansing and perfect for not chewing. Hint- use ice packs constantly - I never bruised and only had minor swelling. No one would know I even had the procedure. You'll be fine!

I hope everything goes well for you, Stephanie.
For a few days, you will not feel like eating at all...it is gross to have teeth removed!

If you smoke, don't! Add some garlic to your mashed potatoes. Otherwise your list seems sufficient!

Thanks for the ice pack tip, I forgot to put some in the freezer, will do that now!
