Maybe the key is not so much exercising as getting into nature and doing whatever exercise it takes to get there. Focus is different. Potentially the outcome is different.
I don’t know the details of your chronic fatigue/illness but the email I got prior to yours was a Chris Masterjohn one which reminded me of how cleverly specific he is in analysing what nutrients an individual will benefit from. His substack and articles are extremely technical to follow, but if I were ill with something unusual I’d consider paying to be one his clients and see what he could suggest. Just a thought!
Yesterday I went for a post-Covid 4 mile walk with a friend for our business meeting. I had to stop a few times, but it needed to happen. I'm still not feeling like lifting weights, yet. But this is a good reminder that when I wake up in the morning, I should at least make myself do it for 5 minutes. Sometimes that turns into 10 or 15, right?

Getting kayak or 2 soon. Waiting on canopy then rack. Very close to 3 rivers. But before all that enjoying swimming at the athletic club.
Happy getting out more. A River makes for good company. Better when Sun ☀️ fully out.
